They allow you to have your own URL, invite and manage users, or add a watermark to all your Worlds, among other things. In this page, we’ll explore how Organizations work and how to create one.
How Organizations work
Organizations are meant to offer users more control over how they publish their 360 content. They offer more privacy options and branding capabilities, allowing businesses to control who sees their content and how they see it.
Organizations are perfect for realtors, architects, 360 photographers, etc. Any business that can benefit from having control over how they share 360 content can benefit from having a BoxApp Organization.

- Unlimited users
- Assigned users different roles/permissions
- Set Worlds as draft, public, or private

How to create an Organization?
- You need to register first.
- Once you are registered. Login and go to Create an Organization from the main navigation.
- Fill out the New Organization form
When you create an Organization you become the Administrator for that Organization. As an Administrator, you can invite new users to your Organization. Users can have any of the following roles/permissions:
- Admin: Administrator. Users with this role can do anything that you can do.
- Author: Users with this role can create worlds within you Organization.
- Guest: Guests can only see worlds. They cannot create worlds with you Organization.
